Peter Ton obtained a J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law in 2001. Since joining the firm in 2005, Peter has exclusively practiced environmental law, counseling clients on a wide range of environmental issues including regulatory compliance, environmental insurance, and real property transactions. He has also represented clients in state and federal environmental litigation, administrative enforcement proceedings, and permitting and rulemaking proceedings.

Peter is dedicated to finding innovative yet practical solutions for resolving complex environmental issues and maintaining effective communication with clients in light of increasing global attention to the environment. He is a member of the State Bar of California, Bar Association of San Francisco, and Alameda County Bar Association
