The Brad J. Davidson Law Firm, PC is a firm formed in September of 2016 having a rapidly growing general business and civil litigation practice. The firm was founded by established Lubbock attorney Brad J. Davidson after spending over fifteen (15) years total in affiliation and almost a decade as a partner of one of Lubbock’s finest and most prestigious law firms. The Brad J. Davidson firm’s practice is focused primarily in representation of businesses throughout West Texas, the Permian Basin, and New Mexico in matters and practice areas including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, oil and gas, oil industry litigation, business finance, contracts, employment contracts, employment transactions and litigation, commercial litigation, business shareholder/interest holder litigation, employment defense litigation including Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions, and selected intellectual property matters.
