Nicholas M. Illario works closely with clients throughout western Washington to build practical and efficient plans that address tax efficiency, asset protection, business succession, intellectual property protection, and estate planning. With a Master’s of Law in Taxation combined with a Master’s of Law in Intellectual Property, Nick has the educational background and real-world experience needed to develop highly customized and innovative solutions to his clients’ needs while recognizing potential tax ramifications and opportunities.

Throughout law school and his LL.M. programs, Nick volunteered with the IRS VITA, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, bringing tax assistance to individuals in Arizona, Washington, and Alaska. Recently Nick has been volunteering with CHEW, a canine health education and welfare organization based out of Gig Harbor, helping dogs find their “forever homes”. In his free time Nick enjoys camping, hiking, riding his motorcycle and San Francisco Giants baseball.
