Biography

DAWN M. KAPS received two Bachelor’s degrees from California State University, Chico in English and Political Science. Ms. Kaps earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, during which time she clerked for the San Diego District Attorney and worked as a paralegal in a civil firm. Prior to joining our firm in 2004, she practiced workers’ compensation defense exclusively. With over a decade of experience defending employers, self-insureds, insurance companies and CIGA, Ms. Kaps is well versed in all aspects of Workers' Compensation.
