We are a Florida based law firm that works with both individuals and businesses in the practice areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust law, Personal Injury, Family Law, Casualty Insurance Law, Real Estate Law and Civil Litigation in all state and Federal courts in each of these areas of law.Our three (3) senior partners, Harry K. Bender, George C. Bender and James R.
