The staff is experienced and equipped to represent business clients requiring foreign national employees, foreign national workers requiring visas, family based immigration, removal/bond immigration court proceedings and Citizenship applications. The staff is dedicated to ensure that you receive excellent representation and is committed to serving each client individually.

Our attorneys have extensive experience with both immigrant and non-immigrant business visas and has assisted hundreds of families in obtaining family based green cards. We have also represented clients in Immigration Court. Although based in Charlotte, North Carolina, we have a national presence as our attorneys have represented clients throughout the United States ranging from Hawaii to Florida to New York.

Being based in Charlotte, the firm is very familiar with the area agencies relating to immigration. Our attorneys regularly represent clients at interviews and hearings before the USCIS Field Offices in Charlotte and Durham located in North Carolina and the USCIS Field Offices in Greer and Charleston located in South Carolina. Our attorneys have also attended interviews and hearings in Washington DC, New York City, Atlanta Georgia and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Additionally we have extensive experience before the Charlotte Immigration Court and the Atlanta Immigration Court. This experience will be used to best serve you for any immigration procedure whether it is before the Department of Labor, The Department of Homeland Security (United States and Immigration Services/USCIS, Immigration and Customs Enforcement/ICE and Customs and Border Patrol/CBP), The Department of State, and The Department of Justice (Immigration Court/EOIR and the Board of Immigration Appeals/BIA).
