    Clark & Trevithick basically robbed me of over 15k. I was very clear with them about my budget. They assured me that they wanted to take my case and would switch over to a contingency agreement when the time was necessary. I paid a hefty retainer and then an hourly rate which racked up many hours. Once I was out of money, he said they wouldn't take my case on contingency and would no longer represent me. All they did was draft a suit and I got nothing further in return. Read less
