We have represented both the victims of these types of malpractice, as well as the defendants alleged to have committed such malpractice. We believe this experience gives us a unique perspective on such matters and better equips us to represent our clients in each individual matter.

Our members have experience relative to all levels of commercial and personal lines insurance claims. We have experience in fire loss claims, subrogation claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, as well as coverage disputes giving rise to declaratory judgment actions. We also handle municipal liability claims and employment claims, including sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination.
