    He handled an estate for my granddaughters and most of what he did my husband and I could have done our selves. And he charged us too much for the little he actually did.

    My client picked this attorney after some research. The attorney charged a retainer which is unusual for residential real estate transactions in our area. He didn't provide me (the buyers agent) with the usual attorney correspondence. He didn't return my phone calls. Ultimately, he killed the deal. He spelled the client's name wrong in the cancellation letter. He proceeded to offer his services to the client (for an additional fee) if my client chose another home. Unscrupulous. Read less
