About this firm

David G. Lewis, a fifth generation Wyoming native, was born and raised in Cheyenne. He is widely known as an outstanding litigator and lawyer. David is strongly client-centered and has a winning record that is among the best in Wyoming. David has also achieved national recognition for litigating and winning complex and difficult cases.

Remaining close to his roots, David graduated from the University of Wyoming, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and the Juris Doctor. Later, continuing his education abroad, David studied philosophy in Rome, Italy, at the University of St. Thomas and also studied at Rome's Gregorian University. His classes were conducted in Latin, Italian, German and Spanish.

Professionally, David served in the Natrona County Prosecutor's Office in Casper, Wyoming, ultimately serving as chief deputy. Moving into private practice, he was a partner with Brown, Drew, Apostolis, Massey and Sullivan representing high profile clients. In 1993, David established his practice in Jackson Hole. Well-regarded in the legal profession, David has been honored with Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating of "AV" which he has maintained since 1983.
