About our Sioux Falls, SD: office

Fuller & Williamson, LLP is a continuation of a law practice that began in 2006, when Bill Fuller and Susan Sabers established Fuller & Sabers, LLP. Hilary Williamson joined the practice in 2007 and became partner in 2012. After Governor Daugaard appointed Susan Sabers to the circuit court bench, Bill Fuller and Hilary Williamson formed Fuller & Williamson, LLP, with the goal of continuing the firm's legacy of providing clients with nothing less than thorough preparation and careful advocacy at every stage of representation.

Bill Fuller began practicing law in South Dakota in 1973. Bill's family has a long history in South Dakota's legal community. His father, Howell Fuller, was one of the named partners of Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith P.C., and his great-grandfather, Howord G. Fuller, sat on the South Dakota Supreme Court. Hilary Williamson began practicing law in South Dakota in 2006. She clerked for the Honorable Judith Meierhenry of the South Dakota Supreme Court. Bill and Hilary focus their practice on commercial and civil litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury.
