    I took a bankruptcy case and successfully completed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy when he told the same clients that they didn't qualify for a Chapter 13 or that it wasn't advisable. It was complex case, but I got the sense he could have communicated more clearly to the clients. For his bar number he shows a lack of experience in the bankruptcy field and lack of analytical ability here. Read less

    Was fairly negative in advise on how to keep our home from the Bankruptcy. He said we would be able to get another home without taking our ages and financial circumstances into consideration. No further advise except to leave it with the keys in it and lock the door. No attempt at negotiation with bank on our behalf on advise on how we could do it. Just "leave" and that was it. Read less
