We are a full service law firm. There is no legal issue you could face for which we would not be your best legal team. Our practice areas span from “A”gribusiness to “Z”oning—and everything in between. We continually advise our existing clients on issues regarding administrative law, banking, the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, business law, construction (public and private), contracting, eminent domain, environmental, family, government (federal and state), grand jury (federal and state), housing (public and private), labor obligations and labor negotiations, leasing, municipal, non-profits, real estate, trusts, unions, and negotiations with unions, water, and zoning. We have our office in Hanford and primarily serve the greater San Joaquin Valley. In addition to California, we do serve certain agricultural interests in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
Also, we are most active in our community. We serve on Boards of Directors for the Hanford YMCA, Main Street Hanford, West Hills Community College, and the Tulare-Kings Counties Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, we are leaders of the Law Day program wherein free legal services are provided, and we are major sponsors of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Rotary International, the Kings Art Center and its Foundation, Coats for Kids, Hanford's Thursday Night Marketplace, September 16th Mexican Independence Day Celebration, Movies in the Park and numerous athletic events and teams. Your “community” is our “community.”
Founded in 1945 by the late Lyman D. Griswold and the late Roger Walch, Griswold, LaSalle, Cobb, Dowd & Gin, L.L.P., is recognized by the nationwide legal community by its inclusion in the Martindale-Hubbell “Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.” The Bar Register serves as a directory for the legal profession's top lawyers, selecting lawyers who have been rated by their colleagues as exceptional in their field.

Total incompetence, including lack of discovery, misrepresentation of material facts, and failure to prepare clients for depositions. They also created a serious conflict of interest among their joint clients and in many ways violated attorney client privilege by representing 2 of their four clients against the others. Worst attorneys that I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many great ones.Read less
