About this firm

Since 1994, the Law Office of Nancy J. Oset has been representing Palm Harbor residents and clients from all over the Gulf Coast in matters involving elder law, estate planning, probate administration and wills and trusts. For each client, my goal is always to find holistic, enduring solutions to often complex legal challenges. I offer clients a complete array of services, including the strategic use of various types of trusts; careful, thorough crafting of wills and living wills; solving challenging elder law matters; and making the probate process as smooth as possible. I work closely with clients, listening to their concerns, asking about their goals and explaining the various options available to them. Over the years, I have built a reputation as a compassionate, skilled and trusted attorney who can take on the toughest of challenges to help individuals and families protect their estates or handle probate administration. My clients recommend me to their family members and friends and return to my office for help with other matters throughout their lives.
