At Hendrick Bryant, we are the Inverse Condemnation Attorneys who challenged the North Carolina Department of Transportation and won in the N.C. Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals ruled that the NCDOT committed a taking against property owners by using the Map Act when designating corridors.
