About our Philadelphia, PA: office

Our firm tradition goes back to 1985 when Sam Y. Hwang, Esquire began his own law practice having left a large center city law firm. Throughout different stages, the firm and its lawyers have always enjoyed a reputation of excellence in the business and corporate world as evident. The firm's clients have been and continue to be both Fortune 100 companies and small and medium size companies.

We act as general counsel to corporate clients and provide annualized retainer representation. As general counsel, we hire, monitor and oversee the work of any specialty law firms hired as needed.

We are a DuPont Approved Law Firm and are a member of DuPont Network of Law Firms.

We are a Professional Corporation established under the Laws of Pennsylvania.
