Jacobs and Crumplar are very, very hard to reach. We had important questions and sometimes never got a return call at all. We get settlement checks in mail every few months or so. We moved from Delaware to Florida and called that office and gave our new address 4 times to the check writing department, receptionist and 2 paralegals and we still had a 45,000 dollar check go to my prior address. Luckily, it did get forwarded. I will never use again, if given a choice. Thank you. Read less
