  • Recommended 5.0/5.0 Review for Kelly Marie McSweeney on 09/16/09 in Family Law.

Kelly utilized her expert knowledge of family law to keep my son safe from a dangerous father. I am eternally grateful to her for the work she successfully completed in my case and I know I was not an easy client to please. [Great work Kelly!]

Kelly practices the methods of collaborative law without discussing this with the client beforehand. The client finds out when it is too late and a deal has been crafted. She either cannot communicate the facts of the deal she negotiates or she will not tell you the full truth. You will find out when you read the court order later. If you need representation in a domestic abuse case, I highly recommend you find someone more qualified to take your case as she does not understand the dynamics. Read less
