Las Vegas Criminal Defense AttorneyRoss Goodman

About this firm

Las Vegas Criminal Defense Attorney Ross Goodman follows the path started by his father – Honorable Oscar B. Goodman, in 1964. His father was the Mayor of Las Vegas, Nevada from 1999 to 2011, and was also the past president of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Like his father, Attorney Ross Goodman dedicated himself to personalized service and attention. Goodman says, "I am completely committed to knowing every detail and nuance of the cases I handle. If I'm better prepared, my client is more likely to win. That's one of the reasons I don't use associates."

When Attorney Ross Goodman accepts a case, he is making a commitment to the client that he is willing to take it all the way to trial. Unless it's in the best interest of the client to settle, he's going to prepare to litigate and win.

While he has won many Not Guilty verdicts in criminal cases, he continued to expand his scope of representation to include civil and business litigation resulting in multi-million dollar settlements.

Las Vegas Criminal Defense Attorney Ross Goodman is undeterred by the complexity of a legal matter, handling the most difficult of cases and often garnering national media attention.

Las Vegas Criminal Defense Attorney Ross Goodman has been featured on "Nancy Grace," The Best Defense" and other "Court TV" and local news programming.

I was very discouraged after being charged with a violent crime. Mr. Goodman acted like a real professional & guided me along the process despite my anxiety. The witness admitted to things Mr. Goodman asked him on cross examination which contradicted the victim's version of event & put my defense into context enough that the prosecutor ended up dismissing the case after completing an on-line class and payment of a fine. Mr. Goodman definitely has a proven track record and I can see why!
