Why Do I Need an Attorney?
The current laws are written to protect insurance companies from losses. The insurance company is not on your side. Even if it is providing benefits, the insurance company is permitted to control all aspects of your claim in order to further reduce its losses. You may be entitled to benefits that you are not aware of.
Take control of your own claim and make sure you get all benefits that you are entitled to have after a work injury. The insurance company is not in business to take care of you. Its only goal is to close your claim as cheaply as possible. The only one that cares about your compensation and medical care is you.
Why Choose us?
Because when your benefits matter, experience matters. The laws are complicated. Understanding your benefits and the law is critical in the early stages to avoid irreversible mistakes in your case.
Dale Mann has been litigating Workers Compensation cases since 1990. He is a former insurance defense attorney now representing injured workers. He brings the experience needed to get the benefits you are entitled to receive.
