Cynthia Sass founded the Law Offices of Cynthia N. Sass, P.A. in 1993. The firm continues to thrive due to her unwavering dedication to serving clients with excellence and integrity. The firm practices solely in the area of labor and employment law, primarily representing employees from both the private and public sectors.

The firm boasts award-winning attorneys experienced and recognized in the employment law field, including: a Florida Bar Board Certified Labor & Employment Law attorney; three past Presidents of the National Employment Lawyers Association's Florida Chapter; a Fellow of The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers; a past Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar; and several magna cum laude and cum laude graduates.
