    She doesn't respond to the questions being asked, which requires more time explaining to her what we are asking. In turn, that costs us more money. If she would just read the emails we send to her "in detail", we wouldn't have to further explain it to her, therefore, saving us money. Also, she didn't seem to care about what we were going through. It felt more like a "job" for her. No compassion whatsoever!! Read less
