McKirdy, Riskin, Olson & DellaPelle, P.C. was founded in 1967, and concentrates its practice in condemnation, eminent domain, redevelopment and real property tax appeals. The firm is committed to the highest standards in these areas, and maintains a state-wide practice. McKirdy Riskin handles matters in the trial parts of the Superior Court, and in the Appellate Division and the Supreme Court, and participates on the faculties of continuing legal education seminars, at both state and national levels.

The firm is currently the only New Jersey law firm designated by Martindale-Hubbell in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers in eminent domain.
