The result: an extremely complex area of the law that is challenging to navigate. Getting positive results is crucial to your future, so it makes sense for you to choose the most experienced attorneys, those who are specifically focused on this area of the law. However, you might be concerned about cost.We take workers' comp cases on a contingent fee basis, meaning that there are no fees until we recover benefits for you. I called Midwest Disability to ask about benefits for myself. Turns out I don't qualify with their firm. But, the lady that took my call, Emily D., helped me more than any other law firm I've called who simply say "No" She gave me the numbers for the SSA to inquire into widow benefits and a national organization that helps SS claimants with benefits and she provided other ideas for local assistance.
If I qualified for disability benefits, I would choose Midwest based on that call alone. Read less
