During the past ten years MR&P's practice has transitioned into an insurance and defense practice whose clientele primarily consists of insurance companies, individual defendants, businesses, state agencies and a large municipality. Members of MR&P are trained mediators and arbitrators. As well, members of MR&P serve on a regular basis as mediators, arbitrators and special masters, and one is a State hearing officer.
