The firm represented major investment banks in the US $ Bonds issued by the Lebanese government. The firm's consulting services are used by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Central Bank of Lebanon and several local commercial banks and multinational and local corporate entities. The firm has been involved in major merger and acquisition transactions, in the banking and corporate sectors, both in Lebanon, Kuwait, Iraq, Europe and North Africa.

The firm has two partners, sixteeen associates and six assistants.

The firm works closely and regularly with Allen and Overy, Linklaters Alliance, Herbert Smith and occasionally with Freshfields in London and other countries, as well as with Baker and McKenzie in several states in the US and in the Middle East.
