Well versed in civil and business litigation as well as virtually all matters of insurance defense, Mark has significant appellate court experience with 36 reported appellate court decisions.
He serves on the International Defense Research Institute (DRI) board of directors and is the Regional Director for DRI's Southwest Region (the organization's largest and most populous region) as well as DRI's Membership Committee Vice Chairman.
A former Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel board member, Mark serves as an attorney panel chairman for Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board (which oversees all state attorney disciplinary matters).
