Nemeth Law, P.C. is an employment litigation and labor relations Firm that works exclusively with employers to prevent, resolve, and litigate employment disputes. It is the largest woman owned law firm representing employers in management, labor and employment law in the State of Michigan.

The Firm is certified as a Woman Owned and Woman Controlled Business through the National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC), as a Women's Business Enterprise through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and as a Woman Owned Law Firm through the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF).

The Firm was founded in 1992 by Patricia Nemeth. Nemeth Law, P.C. has specialized in management labor and employment law since its inception. Nemeth Law has grown steadily over the years through the formation of a diverse and satisfied client base and the addition of partners, associates and support staff all dedicated to serving clients in the niche areas of employment litigation, traditional labor law and management consultation. The Firm's outstanding performance in this area has earned us an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell - "A" signifying the highest level of legal ability, and the "V" denoting a "very high" adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence.

Nemeth Law, P.C. currently has eleven attorneys and one paralegal. Eleven of the attorneys specialize in management labor and employment law. The other attorney, who is of counsel to our firm, specializes in immigration law. Nine attorneys have been practicing for more than five years in the area of employment litigation and labor law. Six of our attorneys have more than twenty years of experience.

Although Nemeth Law, P.C. is a boutique labor and employment management Firm, the services we provide compare favorably with those found in employment departments at larger firms. Unlike some larger firms who try to be everything to everyone, our attorneys truly specialize in labor and employment. We do not shuttle attorneys in and out of one practice area and into another. We only specialize in the management side labor and employment law—it's what we do.

Our use of technology enhances our ability to conduct research and to maintain communication with our clients and give them the most up-to-date information about their cases. This efficient use of technology enables us to provide our clients with high-quality legal services at reasonable rates. Our clients benefit from our investment in technology because our Firm can represent them in a much more cost efficient manner. With Legal Summation, documents can be categorized and searched in different manners depending on varying document requests as the litigation proceeds. Deposition testimony can be searched by the computer to prepare other witnesses for their depositions or to garner facts in support of or in opposition to a particular motion. All of this saves time which saves money for our client.

Nemeth Law also uses technology by scanning in all incoming correspondence, faxes, and pleadings which are then emailed to the assigned attorneys and non attorneys on the case. In this way, all personnel are kept apprised as to what is happening in the case. Attorneys who are out of the office can keep up to date by accessing the information via blackberry or remote computer access.

The Firm attributes its growth and success to focusing on one common goal -- putting the client first. From high quality legal services and professional development and communication of information to timely responses to client inquiries, we do everything we can to not only meet, but exceed, our clients' expectations.

In addition to our large client base, we have served as panel counsel (EPLI and D&O) for national insurance companies for approximately twenty years and have handled hundreds of employment lawsuits for their insureds. Nemeth Law, P.C. has consistently achieved outstanding results, often having cases dismissed or settled for nominal amounts, and enjoys very high client satisfaction. Indeed, many clients who have been referred to us in insurance matters continue to call us after the initial matter has been resolved.
