About this firm

Neufeld, Marks & Gralnek is a Los Angeles-based law firm that represents private and public clients in civil, commercial, and complex litigation and transactions. Our attorneys have practiced with prestigious California law firms and corporate law departments for many years; as a result, we combine "big firm" experience and quality with small firm flexibility and responsiveness. We are particularly adept at devising creative solutions to the difficult legal issues that often confront our clients. We are frequently in trial or arbitration; for example, our lawyers tried six jury trials within the last year, as well as several bench trials and an international arbitration.

Our mission is consistent with our own entrepreneurial roots: at Neufeld, Marks & Gralnek, we strive to address the legal and business needs of entrepreneurial businesses, large and small, by providing the maximum "bang for the buck." Our clients understand and appreciate our choice to locate in easily-accessible, vibrant Little Tokyo; all are invited to visit our offices regularly, and many do.

We are committed to providing legal services and achieving results that are fairly priced and that exceed our clients' expectations.
