Matt is hardworking and persistent. He is a true professional and commands respect from opposing counsel and interested parties. Matt worked on my case for years with a positive attitude until we reached an acceptable settlement. The firm was more than fair with their fees and business practices. Matt Greene has excellent interpersonal skills, I really enjoyed working with him and I am happy with the results I got from his representation. I would recommend him to anyone.

I normally do not write reviews, however I read them. Shari Veisblatt was truly a blessing. She successfully litigated two cases I had occurring simultaneously. Throughout this process she was very clear, realistic, and professional. There was never a time I felt "left in the dark" any question I had was promptly answered. She is clearly a skilled attorney, she is compassionate and personable as well. I would also like to acknowledge her associate Michelle and her assistant Melissa .

Poor communication with me, the client, and opposing attorney. Missed court deadlines. Missed opportunities to settle out of court. Did not protect my rights. Did not advocate for me or my situation. Obviously a poor outcome. Fees were exorbitant !

The biggest mistake I ever made was hiring an attorney from this firm. I was deliberately misled, lied to more than once, had my privacy rights violated, and my attorney wasted a lot of time (and my money) addressing issues that were not relevant to my situation. Outrageously bloated fees, which, when I asked to speak with someone to clarify charges, was ignored. Very unprofessional behavior - a terrible experience.

OUR PRACTICE—OBERMAYER DIVERSITY COMMITTEE

Our Firm, through its Diversity Committee, has adopted several initiatives to promote diversity and inclusiveness. The Committee, chaired by the Firm’s Diversity Partner, Min S. Suh, is comprised of three working groups:

  • The Recruitment Group works to broaden the diversity of the Firm’s candidate pool.
  • The Retention Group supports and maintains the Firm’s already diverse work environment through regular events, employee surveys and mentoring initiatives.
  • The Communication Group coordinates with outside organizations regarding the Firm’s internal diversity projects and its external efforts to support diverse causes and programs.

The work of the Diversity Committee demonstrates the Firm’s commitment to respecting the contributions of all employees. Ultimately, we at Obermayer seek to enhance our organizational culture through leadership, policies and practices.
