About this firm

Passman & Kaplan (" P&K") is a dedicated team of attorneys focused on protecting the rights of employees and promoting workplace fairness. Founded in 1990 by Edward Passman and Joseph Kaplan, our firm brings insight, knowledge and broad experience to the practice of employment and labor law, especially on behalf of federal employees. We know how workplace disputes, racial or sexual discrimination, denial of benefits, or retaliation can impact your career, life and happiness. I found attorney Johnathan Lloyd a few years ago when I was forced into litigation by my federal agency and I can honestly say that the positive outcome of my case was a direct result of the expertise and skill of Mr. Lloyd. I found Mr. Lloyd when a close friend recommended Passman and Kaplan and they told me this law firm was the best for mitigating EEO-related matters. As a federal employee in the public-sector, Johnathan's involvement in my case was from the very beginning of the EEO proces

This firm works against the client and in favor of the agency so they get OVER paid attorney fees in a settlement without submitting proof of actual costs. In addition to their outrageous attorney fees that the agency pays in full; they also take 1/3 of the clients damages awarded. they are crooks and I would not recommend them to anyone
