    I represented a public agency in two cases between 2008 and 2010 where Mr. Collins was my opposing counsel. His client was seeking over $2M in damages for alleged problems with materials testing. We had approximately 20 depositions of various employees of the public agency regarding issues of improper testing due to internal personnel conflicts. I found Mr. Collins highly professional and knowledgeable. His ability in handling voluminous technical documents in depositions was impressive. Read less
