    We met in March, 2012 to discuss bringing a case against a Physical Therapist whose negligence resulted in chronic pain and severe tendonitis in my replaced knee. I left with a signed contract and instructions that they would obtain my therapy records. I received a letter in December stating they were dropping me as a client, with no reason given. When I inquired about the records, they did not have any. No one had done any work, even though they knew the statute of limitations was near. Read less

    Law firm response:

    With all due respect to our client, this account is grossly inaccurate. Our office met with him 4 times to discuss his case, the PT records were reviewed by an attorney on our staff and because of the client's recovery the decision was made not to pursue.
