About this firm

Sarrail, Castillo & Hall, LLP is a Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers Firm.

Sarrail, Castillo & Hall, LLP emphasizes the aggressive defense and successful trial of cases. If a new file is not susceptible to early resolution, it is prepared for successful disposition at trial. We recognize the necessity for thorough competent trial preparation and appreciate the high cost of litigation. We advocate the use of summary proceedings when there is a probable chance of success. Discovery tools are used in preparation for trial and not to complicate or prolong litigation. Paralegals and investigators are used whenever practical to defray legal costs.

The firm proactively assists the insurance industry in avoiding claims and exposure to bad faith by offering instructions, seminars, and publications in proper claims handling procedures. Insurance coverage analysis, bad faith defense and appellate work are areas of expertise offered to insurance carriers, as well.

The industry has also retained the firm as national/regional, state and local counsel in such matters as albuteral, fen/phen and latex. While located primarily in Northern California, the firm has branch offices to efficiently and cost-effectively handle litigation throughout California.

The firm takes pride in its superior work product, ethical responsibilities, and client input to achieve client satisfaction. Listing of the firm also appears in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose offices by appointment.
