About this firm

Our firm was established in 1956 and holds the designation of "The Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers" certification by Martindale-Hubbell Bar Registry. The Martindale-Hubbell Bar Registry is limited to only the most distinguished law practices - those that have achieved the AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. The "A" signifies the highest level of legal ability, while the "V" denotes "very high" adherence to the professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence. Additionally, several of our attorneys are Board Certified by the Florida Bar in their particular practice areas. Our 13 attorneys are admitted to practice in state and federal courts throughout Florida, with two attorneys admitted to practice in the state of Alabama, one in Georgia and one in New York.

Our administrative and support staff represent an array of highly skilled, educated and trained individuals who have selected Shell, Fleming, Davis & Menge as their employer of choice. We are very proud of our staff as they are committed to client service, professionalism, hard work, and our community.
