On May 4, 1981, our managing partner, C. Daniel Shulman, left The Pyramid Companies, a nationally recognized retail shopping center developer where he served as General Counsel, to establish the law firm of Van Epps & Shulman. Subsequently, Mr. Van Epps left Van Epps & Shulman to pursue other interests and the law firm of Van Epps & Shulman became known as The Law Office of C. Daniel Shulman.
In February 1985, Mr. Grundner left the Syracuse law firm of Bond Schoeneck & King to also join the firm. Upon graduating from law school and in the fall of 1993, Mr. Etoll joined the firm and become a partner in January 2001. Subsequently, upon graduating from law school and in the fall of 1996, Mr. Danaher joined the firm and became a partner in January 2004.
