About this firm

Stone, McGuire & Siegel, P.C., is a boutique law firm concentrating in meeting the business, litigation and regulatory needs of our clients. We concentrate in the areas of taxation, white collar criminal defense, complex litigation in both federal and state court, and representing entities and individuals in regulatory matters before both federal and state agencies. Our law firm has represented entities and individuals in a wide variety of cases involving allegations of tax fraud, health care fraud, securities fraud and IRS civil tax matters. We take pride in proactively investigating each case so that we can put ourselves in a position to convince the opposing party to resolve the matter to our client's advantage. Our diverse civil litigation and regulatory practice has included defending corporate officers and directors of publicly held corporations against potential civil securities fraud claims and representing individuals in a wide variety of complex business disputes. We also have an extensive health care practice that includes representing health care providers before both state and federal agencies and implementing sophisticated compliance programs.
