Taylor Porter is the oldest law firm in the City of Baton Rouge, having been founded in 1912 by B. B. Taylor and C. V. Porter and the firm continues to represent many of its original clients. It now stands as one of the most respected firms in Louisiana, providing comprehensive legal services to a broad spectrum of individual, commercial and corporate clients located throughout Louisiana, North America and abroad. The firm is comprised of attorneys with distinguished academic and professional training and proven ability in substantially every area of civil law. A source of pride to the firm is the extensive involvement of its members in academic pursuits and community service.

Taylor Porter serves its clients from its Baton Rouge office. With 70 attorneys and an equal number of support staff, the firm is large enough to handle the most complex litigation, but still serves its clients' needs on a person to person basis. It is uniquely qualified to manage and support major litigation by virtue of its experience in handling complex litigation involving hundreds of thousands of documents and in maintaining and operating several computer databases.
