Today, Mr. Cracken is co-counsel in the joint representation of (1) more than one hundred thousand consumers in Iowa, Georgia, and Missouri in connection with the prosecution of their class claims for recovery of damages caused by state banks in the administration of their automated overdraft programs, (2) thousands of clients across the country in connection with the prosecution of their individual claims for recovery of damages caused by Pradaxa® or Xarelto® as a result of an uncontrolled bleed, (3) hundreds of corn farmers throughout the Midwest in connection with the prosecution of their individual claims for recovery of damages caused by Syngenta Seeds, Inc. and its affiliates as result of the premature launch of their Vipteraš GMO corn seed, (4) hundreds of clients across the country in connection with the prosecution of their individual claims for recovery of damages caused by defective devices used as inferior-vena-cava filters to trap emboli, (5) thousands of home owners and business owners in Texas in connection with the prosecution of their individual claims for recovery of damages caused by the bad faith of their casualty insurance companies, and (6) thousands of clients across the country in connection with the prosecution of their individual claims for recovery of damages caused by defective devices made from polypropylene (transvaginal) mesh and used to address pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence.

Further, in recent years, Mr. Cracken has been co-counsel in the joint representation of (1) more than one hundred clients across the country in the prosecution of their individual claims for recovery of damages caused by the negligence of directors and officers in the mismanagement of their aircraft-manufacturing company, (2) tens of thousands of clients across the country in the prosecution of their individual claims for recovery of damages caused by a consumer-reporting agency in connection with violations of the Fair Credit Report Act (in which litigation Mr. Cracken and his co-counsel filed more than 70,000 individual Texas state-court cases), and (3) more than one hundred clients across the country in the prosecution of their individual claims for recovery of damages caused by Infuse® Bone Grafts.

In recent years, Mr. Cracken has been co-counsel in the joint representation of clients in more than 25 of the 50 states.
