The founder of The Fantauzzi Law Firm, Anthony Fantauzzi has been a civil litigator and trial lawyer in the Tampa Bay area for the past 13 years. He received his Bachelor's degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Union College, where he played intercollegiate Varsity Football and was the college's 1995 Rhodes Scholar Candidate. He obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and prior to the founding his eponymous firm, was a member and partner at two of Florida's oldest and most respected corporate law firms; Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A. and Shutts & Bowen, LLP, respectively. He has over ten years of experience representing corporations, businesses, hospitals, doctors, and nursing homes for all types of casualty claims, including the representation of numerous Fortune 500 corporations with large commercial fleets. He currently specializes in representing plaintiffs who have been catastrophically injured in collisions with commercial vehicles and plaintiffs involved in accidents resulting in traumatic brain injury. He also consults with small commercial carriers regarding risk mitigation and insurance bad faith issues.
