Phillip M. Stone has been practicing law throughout the state of Nevada since 1984. His focus is on civil litigation, and he has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts and appellate court, as well as representing non-debtors in adversary actions in bankruptcy court.

In addition, Mr. Stone has represented title insurance and escrow companies in Reno, Las Vegas, and other Nevada communities since 1986, and is well-versed in title insurance coverage issues as well as difficulties that can arise during escrow.
