About this firm

Since its inception in December 1998, Wallace Law Group, P.C. handles insurance defense matters with remarkable expertise and efficiency. We represent our clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation in state and federal courts and in defending workers' compensation claim before the State Board of Workers' Compensation. Our experience has taught us the legal technicalities and given us an in-depth knowledge in these fields. Our attorneys have earned the respect of our clients and judges throughout our Federal Courts, State Courts and Georgia's workers' compensation system.

As soon as we are retained to represent you, we will work diligently to identify the issues and put together an effective defense plan. In workers' compensation claims, we will contact the employer quickly to educate them about our workers' compensation system, discover the facts and witnesses, and identify any possible defenses.
