Morgan joined him from an intellectual property firm in Atlanta in order to focus on business law and develop an estate planning and probate practice.We advise businesses in the areas of corporate formation and organization, contracts and transactions, trademark and copyright protection, mergers and acquisitions, and state and local taxation.
