About this firm

Zuckerman & Fisher was formed in 1997 by Elizabeth Zuckerman and George Fisher because they saw the need, particularly in Central New Jersey, for a law firm willing and able to represent the interests of employees on workplace issues of vital importance to them. Since then, the firm has focused on addressing, and redressing, inequities in the workplace. That focus encompasses but is not limited to negotiation of employment agreements; review and negotiation of severance packages; representation in matters of civil rights, discrimination, harassment, hostile working conditions, wrongful termination and whistle-blowing.
