Beth A. She began her career in Michigan defending major automobile manufacturers, dealers and creditors against breach of warranty and Lemon Law complaints, as well as, claims regarding Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act violations, State and Federal Consumer Protection Act violations, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations.
