Ms. Wasula performed her undergraduate work at the University of Florida, where she received a B.A. in political science and a minor in Russian language, and was admitted to the Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key National Honor Societies.
Ms. Wasula’s background includes over twenty years in civil litigation and appellate work. Her experience includes tenures at several national law firms, and she also worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Economic Crimes Division of the Florida Attorney General’s Office. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator Bob Graham in Washington, D.C., where she advised the Senator on a variety of legislative issues.
Ms. Wasula currently focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes, bad faith and extra-contractual liability, commercial litigation, legal and professional malpractice, E&O claims against insurance brokers and agents, labor and employment law, first party property, and appellate work. She is admitted to practice before all state courts within the State of Florida, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
