Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. White was a litigation attorney in Gainesville, Florida, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of multi-party medical malpractice defense, education law, employment law, and appellate practice. Practicing in both federal and state courts, Ms. White’s main clients included hospitals, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, and school boards.
Ms. White has an array of experience from counseling clients on Florida’s Public Records law and the Sunshine Law to serving as a prior city attorney, defending employment discrimination claims from inception through appeal, co-chairing federal and state court trials, and arguing at oral argument in front of the First and Fifth District Courts of Appeal.
Ms. White has also clerked in both the federal and state judiciary. She completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Philip R. Lammens in the United States District Court in and for the Middle District of Florida. She then continued to serve the judiciary as a trial court law clerk in the Eighth Judicial Circuit.
