A south Florida native, Nicholas obtained his undergraduate education from the University of Florida, majoring in Criminology. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law, magna cum laude, finishing in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, Nicholas earned the highest grade in nine of his classes. He served as a supervising editor on law review and as Moot Court Chair on the school Advocacy Board. Nicholas represented Florida A&M at the National Entertainment Law Competition in 2016, leading his team to a 2nd place finish and a brief award for legal writing.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Nicholas practiced at a small civil litigation firm in downtown Orlando.
