Phillip “Phil” Mulry was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977 and has practiced in various courts around the State. Phil has practiced in the area of insurance law, professional liability and has practiced in dependency court representing the Department of Children and Families. Additionally, he has represented insurance firms and plaintiffs in insurance litigation matters. In addition to practicing law in Florida, Phil has served as the Northeast Section Chief for Professional Liability for the Resolution Trust Corporation managing extremely large professional liability cases against professionals who caused losses to the Savings and Loan Industry. Phil has also served as President of a property and casualty insurance company and has appeared in front of multiple insurance boards seeking admission and testifying on behalf of the industry. Phil has significant experience in the collection of Workers Compensation Premium Audits and in pursuing collection of judgments on behalf of insurance companies.
