Tom has been recognized for leadership and service throughout his legal career. Having practiced as a partner in a large law firm, in the public sector, and as the principal of his own firm, Tom provides a unique perspective. Tom has tried cases in both state and federal court. Tom's significant jury trial experience encompasses matters of contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, and consumer protection. He has also tried many non-jury cases. Tom is an active member of several bar organizations, currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Florida Bar's Professional Ethics Committee, and has trained other lawyers on a variety of subjects, most recently on topics of technology in the practice of law. Tom is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Appellate Practice and is admitted to the state bars of Florida, Kansas, and New Mexico (inactive).
